After graduating from college and deciding to forgo law school, Anne launched her career at a startup in the recruitment space. Her early work involved matching organizations with make-or-break talent in high-demand industries such as accounting, banking, finance, and insurance. Even then, Anne’s instinct for identifying top performers and anticipating marketplace trends set her apart.

Today, Anne brings her deep expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to every search, helping clients rethink traditional recruiting strategies and uncover top-tier talent in unexpected places.
